1. 適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、SuminagashiのiOSアプリ（以下「iOS版」）およびウェブサイト（以下「Web版」）における情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。iOS版とWeb版では利用する機能およびサービスが異なるため、該当する項目をご確認ください。
2. iOS版：購入とRevenueCat
Suminagashi Plusは、買い切り型のアプリ内購入です。iOS版では、購入確認、購入の復元、およびPlus機能の提供のためにRevenueCatを使用します。
この目的のため、購入履歴、商品・取引に関する情報、およびRevenueCatが生成する匿名のアプリユーザーIDを処理する場合があります。これらの情報は、購入済み機能の提供、不正防止、および購入状況の分析に使用します。
iOS版にはアプリ独自の会員登録はありません。決済はAppleが処理し、運営者がクレジットカード番号その他の決済カード情報を取得することはありません。
3. iOS版：広告と同意管理
無料版では、Google AdMobのバナー広告および任意で視聴できるリワード広告を使用します。iOS版は非パーソナライズ広告を要求しますが、広告SDKがIPアドレス、端末識別子、広告の表示・操作に関する情報、診断情報などを処理する場合があります。
必要な場合はGoogle User Messaging Platform（UMP）を通じて同意確認を行います。対象となるユーザーは、アプリ内の「情報 → 広告のプライバシー設定」から選択を変更できます。
4. iOS版：作品、設定、写真ライブラリ
iOS版の設定は端末内に保存されます。写真ライブラリへの追加は、ユーザーが作品の保存を選択した場合にのみ行われます。iOS版には、既存の写真を読み取る機能、または作品を自動的に外部へ送信する機能はありません。
5. Web版：広告、Cookie、アクセス解析
Web版では、Googleによる広告配信サービス（AdSense等）を使用する場合があります。広告配信事業者は、Cookieその他の技術を使用し、IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、参照元URL、アクセス日時、広告の表示・操作に関する情報などを処理する場合があります。
Web版では、サービス改善のために匿名の利用統計やアクセスログを収集する場合があります。ブラウザの設定でCookieを無効にできる場合がありますが、一部の機能や広告の表示に影響することがあります。
6. 情報の取り扱いと第三者サービス
本サービスは、アプリ内購入の提供にAppleおよびRevenueCatを、広告配信と同意管理にGoogleのサービスを利用します。各事業者による情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。本サービスは、法令に基づく場合を除き、収集した情報を第三者へ販売することはありません。
7. 未成年者のプライバシー
本サービスは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に伴い更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in the Suminagashi iOS app (the “iOS App”) and the Suminagashi website (the “Website”). As the features and services used by the iOS App and the Website differ, please review the sections that apply to your use.
2. iOS App: Purchases and RevenueCat
Suminagashi Plus is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The iOS App uses RevenueCat to verify purchases, restore purchases, and provide Plus features.
For these purposes, purchase history, product and transaction information, and an anonymous app user ID generated by RevenueCat may be processed. This information is used to provide purchased features, prevent fraud, and analyze purchase status.
The iOS App does not offer its own account registration. Payments are processed by Apple, and the operator does not collect credit card numbers or other payment-card information.
3. iOS App: Advertising and Consent
The free version uses Google AdMob banner ads and optional rewarded ads. The iOS App requests non-personalized ads; however, advertising SDKs may process information such as IP address, device identifiers, ad impression and interaction information, and diagnostic information.
Where required, consent is requested through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Eligible users can change their choices in the app at Information → Ad Privacy Settings.
4. iOS App: Works, Settings, and Photo Library
Settings in the iOS App are stored on the device. A work is added to the photo library only when the user chooses to save it. The iOS App does not read existing photos and does not automatically transmit works to an external destination.
5. Website: Advertising, Cookies, and Analytics
The Website may use Google advertising services, including AdSense. Advertising providers may use cookies and similar technologies and may process information such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, access time, and information about ad impressions and interactions.
The Website may collect anonymous usage statistics and access logs to improve the service. You may be able to disable cookies through your browser settings, although this may affect certain features or ad display.
6. Handling of Information and Third-Party Services
The Service uses Apple and RevenueCat to provide in-app purchases, and Google services for advertising delivery and consent management. Each provider handles information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Except where required by law, the Service does not sell collected information to third parties.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated due to changes in applicable laws or the Service. Any significant changes will be announced on this page.
